*Environmental Issues --  We will begin final presentations tomorrow on your selected environmental topic.  We will begin with volunteers for extra credit.  If there are no volunteers, then I will start at the top of the class roster.

HOMEWORK:  Book review is due Monday, June 8th.  I am ready to start receiving them.  Final presentations begin on Tuesday.  I will collect your 10 fully completed summaries on environmental issues on Wednesday, June 10th.

*"Island Civilization . . ."  -- You have read and responded to this article up through paragraph #20.  We will resume reading at paragraph #20.  Once we are done with this article, we will continue researching 10 environmental issues through the rest of the week.  Your final will be a presentation on one of the issues. We will begin presentations on Tuesday, June 9th.
