1.  NOTE:  First book review due Wed, Oct 3rd.  Please look at the annotated book list (post Sept 26) for your second book.  Because we are so close to the end of the grading period, this second book will satisfy the two book per grading period requirement for the second six weeks.  So . . .  it will be only one book you should have completed for the first six weeks.

2.  RESEARCH TOPIC PRESENTATION TODAY.  Please turn in to me five (5) multiple choice questions on your topic.

3.  Article #5 --  Annotate and write a one page reflection on the article "High School Dropouts Costly to American Economy."

4.  Questions on the "Overture" to The Crucible will be reviewed tomorrow and we will begin reading the play.

5.  NOTE:  The grading period ends Oct 12th.
