1. Independent Reading -- Please begin at the bell for credit.  This Friday, March 8th is the final day to post your two book reviews on Goodreads.  Makes sure that you share with me the link to your review page. The form is under "Important Links" to the right on this blog.  Remember, one of the books that you review is from the required book list also under "Important Links."  You also have a hard copy of recommended books.

2. Checking out The Great Gatsby -- Please swing by the library and check out this novel.  We will begin at the end of this week


3.  EXPERT PROJECT: Yesterday your shared your blog link with me by filling out a form.  A slight glitch occurred, but your links found their way into my spreadsheet :)   TODAY, you will find an article or resource closely related to your research question.
Post a link of the article on your blog in a new post.
Use the rest of the post to explain and summarize what you found. Do yourself a favor and be thorough.  You will want to refer to this post later.


Add a citation for what you found to your expert project notes in Google Docs. (Create a new document named "Period ____ Expert Project Notes").  Please share this document with me.
