Note: Monday we check out The Great Gatsby.  Please be prepared to do that with your ID and taking care of any fines that you may owe.  For the next six weeks you are required to select only one independent reading book of your choosing.  Please make that selection by next Monday.

*Transformational Thinking Essay -- A fully completed final draft of your essay is due today.  Please work toward that end today.  PROOFREAD CAREFULLY for sentence sense, punctuation, proper capitalization, AND contractions (which you are to eliminate).
